Before Duke and Creighton tipped off in the round of 32 yesterday evening, aTournament Centrala on TBS with Seth Davis, Steve Smith, Pittsburgh mind instructor Jamie Dixon and number Matt Winer mentioned the enormity of Florida Gulf Coastas win and the meteoric rise of the program since it joined Division I. As Dixon passed along the programas RPI over the last several years, the TBS cameras showed the FGCU people jumping up and down in the locker room, celebrating and throwing water like a couple of school children who, well, just occurred to really make the Sweet Sixteen as a 15 seed. It appeared as if fun. Seth Davis, who couldnat help but touch upon the rolling video, also thought it was fun. aFuckinga fun, really. Yes, yes it will. Fucking fun. It can be said by you.
