Puppies injury hit an increase for Bolton Wanderers

After struggling for much of the season, Wolverhampton Wanderers have eventually found their type. Needless to say, their dramatic escape from the drop zone would come hot on the heels of these ending up in Bolton Wanderers this weekend. Puppies have won four of these last five games and lost only one of the last six. A sizable section of that form (both literally and figuratively) has been Sylvan Ebanks-Blake, who has scored four objectives in his last five games with a brace against Birmingham City in Wolves' last fit. It's that fit that has done Ebanks-Blake in however and now, Wolves' leading striker is placed to miss out the rest of the summer season carrying out a broken fibula and substantial ankle sprain against Birmingham City. The process originated in Paul Robinson (yes, that Paul Robinson) at the hour mark on Monday at St. Andrews with Ebanks-Blake would leave the match. Speaking in a statement on the club's official web site, Ebanks-Blake said: "Obviously I'm bitterly disappointed to be missing the last five games, but I'll be right behind the lads." Boss Dean Saunders added: "In the room of 16 days and three games players have been lost three by us with broken bones. "Against Bristol City we had Carl Ikeme with a hand and Dave Edwards with now, and a base break Sylvan. They are freak injuries and they are people that we may do without. "It was a blow for Sylvan on Monday and for the club too. But it gives somebody else a chance." Puppies have six games left and sit just one single point above the drop zone. Their second-leading scorer, Bakary Sako, was eliminated for the others of the season a few weeks ago. Kevin Doyle has become the key scorer amongst fit participants with eight goals from 34 shows.
