Celta De Vigo vs. Real Madrid: La Liga Live Score, Highlights, Recap (2 p.m. ET)

Celta de Vigo will host surging Real Madrid later today in La Liga action. Os Celestes are battling relegation and will have a very difficult test in trying to hold Los Blancos, who are on a five-match winning streak.

Real Madrid is on a high after beating Barcelona twice and eliminating Manchester United in Champions League action. But they will be without some of their star performers in Vigo.

Sergio Ramos, Raphael Varane and Fabio Coentrao will all miss the encounter, as they will get the night off. Iker Casillas and Angel Di Maria are also out of the squad due to recovery from injuries (via Marca).

With Real Madrid's defense missing three starters, Celta will look to push forward in attack. Iago Aspas and Krohn-Dehli will need to lead the charge. But even against a weakened Madrid defense, they still may not have enough firepower.

Celta has only won a single match in their last eight La Liga encounters and have not beaten Madrid at home since May of 2011. But Real Madrid has struggled on the road this season (via Goal).

Fans will certainly be entertained at the Estadio de Balaidos. Meet back here at 1:00 p.m. ET for updated news and official lineups as I deliver you up to the minute updates.
